Both the Ford Bronco Sport and Escape offer two potent EcoBoost® engine options to satisfy your need for speed or terrain-conquering power. The base 1.5-liter engine produces up to 180 horsepower and 200 pound-feet of torque, while the 2.0-liter option generates 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, respectively. While the Escape can tow 1,500 to 3,500 lbs when properly equipped, the Bronco Sport can offer a similar capacity up to 2,700 lbs.
The Escape comes with four drive modes: Eco, Sport, Slippery and Normal; but the Bronco Sport adds three additional modes for more environments: Off-Road, Rock Crawl and Rally.
